We request all TOs/ ATOs/ PAOs to communicate to their associated DDO offices IVA (Initiator, Verifier, Approver) users to change their IFHRMS login password at the earliest, if they are still using default password given to them at the time of IFHRMS first login.
We have observed that many IVA users are still using initial default password. This is also applicable for IVA users of TO/PAO offices.
As an initiative measure to strengthen the security of IFHRMS system, one of the steps being taken is to mandate users to change their password if they are still using initial default password given to them.
In case the default login passwords are not changed, then system will start mandating users to change their IFHRMS login password from Wednesday onwards, before they can proceed to use IFHRMS application.
We have also observed that mobile numbers (used for getting OTP messages for selective IFHRMS transactions) are still not updated in IFHRMS database for many users. We request all DDOs and TO office IVAs to get their mobile numbers updated against their name in HR Module of IFHRMS database at the earliest this week.
We seek co-operation from all in this regards to help us strengthen the security measures of IFHRMS.
